Master Bedroom Ensuite Bathroom Renovation with Digital Shower
The Client Brief
Throughout the past few case studies we’ve been featuring multiple bathrooms all from the same home. Our client came to us to have four bathrooms in their home renovated. This master bedroom ensuite is the final of the series. Previously we have done case studies on their downstairs cloakroom, family bathroom, and spare room ensuite which you can see here.
This bathroom renovation project actually began before lockdown, when our client originally came to us to design their new rooms. Unfortunately, lockdown put a pause on their bathroom journey but as lockdown lifted, the project was under way again. Taking inspiration from the displays in our showroom, our client worked with our designer Chris to create four new stunning bathrooms. In their master bedroom ensuite, our client knew they wanted a large walk in shower and to make best use of the space in the room.
Following their visits to the showroom for their CAD with Chris (our designer) they discussed their wishes for all their rooms. Unlike in their previous case study which featured their spare bedroom’s ensuite, in this one they wanted a large walk in shower. Therefore, Chris ensured this was in the final design. In this room their large walk-in shower had the Tribal Pearl White tiles from Porcelanosa used on the floor of the shower. Whereas, in the remainder of the bathrooms in the house these tiles were only used on the windowsills or bath panelling. To modernise the room, and for convenience, an Aqualisa Digital shower, with a Merlyn Arysto glass door, was installed. This allows the user to turn the shower on without needing to be in the shower as the button is on the outside, as well as set their preferred temperatures. We have one of these showers on display in our showroom if you’d like to see how it works.
