How Long Will It Take?

Visiting us in the showroom
The amount of time spent in the showroom depends on the scale of your bathroom project. Appointments can take as little as 20 minutes if you already have an idea of what you are looking for. If however, you are unsure about your bathroom we are happy to spend as much time with you until you are comfortable and confident with your choices.

Ordering
Because of the volume of products you can choose for your bathroom, we do not hold everything in stock. Some of the chosen items may have to be ordered in and this will take us some time to source from our suppliers. On average, it will take us around 2-3 weeks for your bathroom products to arrive. In busier periods this duration may increase to 4-6 weeks. Singular items can be sourced in a few days as some suppliers offer next-day delivery to us. As soon as we have all of your products we will ring you to organise delivery or collection.

Installation
The length of installation also depends on the scale of your bathroom project. On average, the installation of a downstairs cloakroom will take 2-3 days, an ensuite will take 3-4 days and a family bathroom will take 4-5 days.
